I have tried with select2, but its not accepted, i got suggestion to use telerik combobox but i am afraid that i dont have any knowledge of telerik combobox with angularjs.

So if you can provide me any example that how we can implement telerik combobox with angularjs for on demand remote data load then it will be very helpful for me

Wait a minute. a PAGABLE list of items in a ComboBox? That sounds like a UI user nightmare to have that many items in a ComboBox.

I am having lakhs of records in combobox but i dont want to fetch them all, instead i want them on demand from server or some thing kind of server side paging, Is it possible in telerik Kendo combobox?

Hundreds of thousands of items in a ComboBox? You're creating an unusable nightmare for your users.

Combo's are for a small number of records, not hundreds of thousands.

How long do you expect a user to spin that scroll wheel on the mouse looking for a record that'at about 90,000 rows down?

but user can search as well through that combobox, and this feature is available with asp.net web forms for telerik combobox, but i havent found the same for angularjs

You don't add any items to the Combo. You wait for the user to start typing and then grab the items that match what was typed. Return only a limited amount of items, until the user stops typing and selects an item from the list.

Paging shouldn't be a thing with a Combo.
