I am going to make a SharePoint Website. Just a super-simple one with Hello World and maby a navigation.

In Visual Studio I selected
Visual C# -> SharePoint -> 2010 -> Visual Web Part

But then I got error message:
A SharePoint server is not installed on this computer. A SharePoint server must be installed to work with SharePoint projects..

So I tried to install SharePoint Server 2010, but got error:
Setup is unable to proceed due to the following error: The product required Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 or above.
