I was build my own project ,but i was forget to save it before,so all changes not recorded,it makes me to build again my project from beginning,

Can anyone help me?

What I have tried:

i have tried to search in local temp,but still not found

Depending on which version of Visual Studio, there may be a directory named "Backup files" in the repository tree.

Nope, if you haven't ever saved it, then it's gone - until there is a file there is not possibility of recovery.

Save early, save often!

Unfortunately, the only answer is backup, backup, backup.
Backups is a worthless activity done by any serious programmer in hope it will never be useful, but 1 day the backup is invaluable, and for you today is the day.
