How to update the database from grid when reordering the two rows in data grid??

For example i have a grid with database,when am reorder the two rows,that reorder two rows data should update in database automatically.and is it possible to update the database when reordering the two rows in data grid?else if it is not possible in data grid can we use this feature by using some other grid like flex grid or web grid?Please can anybody say how to do that?
