What I have tried:

i have tried with polyline but it is not adjustable.i need to create for the entire screen to achieve this

Yes i tried this (c# - Enhanced crosshair cursor possible? - Stack Overflow[^]) but they are creating in windows Form application i need in WPF as i mentioned in above will you please
