Failed to verify signature for offline cab

I am using wsusscn2.cab to scan for windows server 2008 r2 updates but windows update is returning 0x800B0109.
I have pasted windowsupdate.log below. Any idea how to solve this problem ?( I have tested all of the solutions i could find in forums but no luck.)
