Audio to video converting

Hello :)

I want to convert an audio file to video, using some actors that animate for each one speak at the audio file

for example: I have 6 actors with animated mouth, or without

and I have an audio file that contains 3 persons sound for example

if I choose 3 actors, can I create a video file that present the same audio file, but when 1st sound comes the 1st actor shows in the video, and when 2nd sound comes, the 2nd actor shows, and so ?

is there any way to do that ?

and is there a way to detect sounds at audio file ? I mean, if I have x audio file, maybe some code gives me how many persons talks at that file ?

I think it's hard, but after searching I choose to post here
