I need to establish a TCP persistent connection with MIP of Mastercard, how to control the message flow? How to determine the size of the message that is sent and received from Mastercard Socket? My app should be a client or a server to connect to Mastercard? My application must be single or multi-thread?

What I have tried:

I have already tried a connection per transaction, but as far as I know the TCP connection must be persistent.

The ONLY people you should be asking question to would be Mastercard.

Dave Kreskowiak is right, but if you want some information read this article:

The Mastercard Scheme Network is a packet-switched and extremely secure network called BankNet. And MasterCard’s PNIP is called the MIP (Mastercard Interface Processor)

You can also have a look at the Mastercard SDK reference[^]
