My asp.net (3 tier) architecture code is not firing click event. it should show some error but its not showing it .

What I have tried:

C#
protected void Button1_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
       {
           BE_MasterEntry MasterEntry_Be = new BE_MasterEntry();
           BL_MasterEntry Master_BL = new BL_MasterEntry();
           MasterEntry_Be.ClietnCode_details = Convert.ToInt32("00003322");
           MasterEntry_Be.FullName = txtName.Text;
           MasterEntry_Be.CitizenNo = txtctzno.Text;
           MasterEntry_Be.Ctzissueorgn = txtissueorz.Text;
           MasterEntry_Be.PAN_ = txtPanNo.Text;
           MasterEntry_Be.DateOfBirth = txtdobn.Text;
           if (RdMale.Checked == true)
           {
               MasterEntry_Be.Gender = Convert.ToString(true);
           }
           //  MasterEntry_Be.Gender = RdMale.Checked;

       }

Put a breakpoint at BE_MasterEntry MasterEntry_Be = new BE_MasterEntry(); and see what happens.
