Vb.net source code for storing data year wise

We are trying to developed a CA office management software in VB.Net (visual basic) with sql server. We are only develop software without and financial (fiscal year) year basis. But now we want to store client data with work and bill in financial year wise (like 2019-20,2020-21). And also required one common data for master (like client, auditor, staff ect.).
We want to know the coding for required condition. And also want to know the Table structure for Database (sql server).

In this case you need to hire a developer to build out the database and write all the code.

Fiscal or financial year is just a contractual date range, such as calendar year (January - December). This means that you are able to aggregate data based on dates: date of sale, date of ... (whatever).

Conclusion: you shouldn't change your database and store client's data in "financial year wise".
