How to create a summary in crystal report VB.NET

I'm trying to generate a summary report using crystal report
Content:

District     Grade 1    Grade 2      Grade 3

District 1     5           10           6
District 2     6           11           8
District 3     4           13           9
District 4     8           15           10

In my database.
the fields are
District,Grade 1, Grade 2, Grade 3

i would like to generate a summary report that calculates the total enrollments per district.

can i do that in the crystal report? if yes, can you give me some guides on how to achieve it , thank you

What I have tried:

I tried using the parameter in the crystal report but it only filters the district that was input in the parameter textbox
if i possible i would to show them all per district
