We don't do that.
If you want software written, then go to a site which specializes in such things. And pay for it, becasue nothing like that is free in this world.
You can try vWorker (used to be RentACoder) which I think has been taken over by Freelancer.com - but be aware that you will get what you pay for. Pay peanuts, get monkeys.

By the way, why always look for ready code? COCOMO-II equations are not tough. You can implement it in any language. Give it a go by yourself. While coding if you get struck, post it here. Remember you learn nothing with readymade code of simple equations.
