I'm making an app in vb.net and need to be able to access my MySQL Database from anywhere, however I haven't found a way to do this via JustHost's CPanel, I can add individual IP's but can't use % as a wildcard to allow any IP. So is this possible and if so how? Thanks.

Do you understand what you want to do? Open a database server just for everyone? Hackers will like that!

Is there any other way to allow anyone in the world to use my program?

JustHost does not support wildcards

So what do you expect us to do? Go and ask at the JustHost site.
