Column Grouping on Silverlight Data grid

Hi,

I want to show data in a grid in the following format

Name Average
Sign In Sign Out Working Hours

Can any one please suggest how to do it with silverlight. i.e. Sign In, Sign Out and Working Hours grouped under Average.
