What exactly is the problem? The language (C/asm), the tools (cross compiler, flash burning, etc.), or the understanding of the task (reading data sheets, reading schematics, etc.)?
You might need to ask your employer to get the time to fill the gaps on your knowledge.
Otherwise it's becoming difficult.
You won't get anyone of the CP guys here doing your work.
