How to connect ibmmqclient using C++ & CICS bridge

Hi All,
we are trying to connect to IBM MQ Server through C++, our final goal is
Connect MQ Server using CICS Bridge concept.

I am looking for a simple C++ Program, Which can be compiled in Visual Studio.

What I have tried:

I have tried connecting the IBM MQ Server through client using C#, it is working fine. I can put/get messages.

But using the C++ Program it is very difficult.
