I need to use an image (tif format) and filter out the periodic noise in the image with a suitable filter.
Hint: Examine the image in the frequency domain to create a suitable filter and apply it in the frequency domain. How to do it in Python (numpy) using the library (mathlib)

What I have tried:

I can 't do it in any way , I don 't have enough knowledge and step - by - step

I suggest search for 'image processing' on codeproject.

Maybe a start:
Fundamentals of Image Processing - behind the scenes[^]

And if you are looking for a solution without doing the basic work by yourself, then you are most probably at the wrong place here ;)

[Edit]
Whether it is 'tif' or whatever does not count first in a first place.
