I believe that, this should be sufficient for you:

The simplest means of deploying (assuming permissions and network connectivity) is to right-click the project in Visual Studio and select publish. You can publish to a folder that you've already set up as a virtual directory[^].

Dear Amy, i want to use like weather services or new services which use in our application and i want to use it on server not local machine..

Follow the steps below:
1. Publish your webservice in your local machine.
2. XCopy the output of the publish folder to the dedicated server.
3. Create a virtual directory on the server where the output files are copied.
4. Make changes to your config file & ensure the right DB & other server names are used.
