ABN_FULLSCREENAPP notification doesn't seem to work with screesaver and windows media player

Hi All,

I am working on a windows MFC application (Windows 7 and Windows 8)which needs to take some action when a fullscreen application is running.

I am having issues in getting the fullscreen application notifications. For getting the notification, I am trying the logic as mentioned in the below link using ABN_FULLSCREENAPP logic.

The logic seems to work fine when tested with MS paint, IE, VLC player etc. But it is not working in the following cases

1) Windows screen saver
2) Windows media player. In this case, I am getting entry notification but not the exit notification when Alt+Enter is used.

Please let me know what is the issue.
