Hi All,

Need your suggestion on below mentioned scenario. We are developing microservices where azure service bus is used to communicate between different services. All write operations are handled asynchronously using azure service bus queue. One of our downstream system will go for planned shut down everyday between 9 PM to 6 AM, in this specific duration we should hold on processing from our consumers. Do we have any better solution to disable consumers in this duration without loosing any of the message in this tenure.

Tech Stack : Java, Spring boot, Azure

What I have tried:

We explored Message Scheduling option, which is not going to resolve our current problem as we do not have any control on message producer (upstream).
