^] forum, but even then your question implies that you don't know anything about the tool, so whoever "Helps you with a project" will be doing all the heavy lifting and that makes it unlikely that you will find anyone that willing.
You would also need to give details of what the project might entail, what experience you bring to the table, and what you both would get out if it.
Basically, nobody is going to do all the work for you if you benefit and they don't! Make sense?
