WPF: What are the values of Audio Spectrum Analyzer ?

Hello, I don't know anything about Audio Spectrum Analyzers and how it gets its values, but what I'm trying to do is to get these values and display it in a label, so what these values are? and how to get them and how to calculate the percentage of each one to use them for example in progressbars?(that maybe will acts as Spectrum Analyzer).
