Cannot open source code in VB 2022

I am interested in downloading the code from the recent article "Classification using Logistic Regression in Visual Basic" that appeared on September 12, 2023.
When I tried to download the source code and open it up in Visual Basic 2022 Community, I get an error.

What I have tried:

It works find for me, but I'm using VS 2022 Community Edition.

You never said what the error is, so it's impossible for anyone to tell you what's going on.

BTW, there's no such thing as Visual Basic 2022. It's "Visual Studio 2022".

I also just tried it and VS 2022 Community opens and builds it correctly. But since you did not show the error that you received we cannot guess what you have done.
