What file structure should the site have when uploading to hosting?

I do not understand which folders and files to upload to the hosting in what form (in the picture of the folder with my site). I was making a Python website with two applications and now I don't understand which files need to be downloaded.

What I have tried:

If I upload a folder with all the files, the site does not work. If I upload files separately, it also does not work (while the files in the application folders are the same because they are overwritten). How exactly do I upload them?

You need to upload all the correct files. But since we have no idea what files you have created or what server system you are using, it is impossible to give specific details.

I wanted to add photos to the questions but didn't find such a feature. Is there such an opportunity here?
