Hello everybody.

I just inherited a CCTV system managed by BlueIris software where CPAI seems to be used. I have no experience in CCTV or in CPAI.

What I am facing is:

1) I see lots of "backups" in some DeepStack folder (C:\DeepStack\redis) that are provoking C: to overload. I have to delete them manually from time to time.

2) No clue about how DeepStack (or even the alerts) was configured, but if check the BlueIris log I always see warning messages like:

- AI: Alert canceled [AI: not responding] 15030ms
- AI: not responding

Could anyone help me? I even tried to contact somebody from official CPAI support.

PS: Seems I cannot share images.

What I have tried:

Not much, I do not even know how AI is configured (per camera?).

I's suggest to share your issues with Blue Iris support team[^].

Thanks Maciej, I already asked for official support from BlueIris and they did not help at all. In fact, they forwarded me here.

If you wish to reply to someone's posted solution then please use the Have a Question or Comment? link below the posted message.

But it is unlikely that anyone here can offer even a suggestion, given the lack of detail in your question. And if BlueIris refuse to help then you should ask for your money back and buy a system that is supported.
