Great trouble huh? Are you on the run from programming gangsters that are trying to get protection money from you and the only way to pay them is write some code?

Solution 1

numbers of rows
This will be driven by control like table - for it, all you need to make sure a dataset of defined row is returned. Based on number of rows, table will populate it.

columns
AFAIK, that would be difficult to have dynamically

Most of the properties of report can be defined from expressions. Expressions can be a dataset field value thus can be set at runtime.

Try out.
