I need to get the page the user was at last so I can go back to it. I do not
want to use the history. I need to refresh the last page.

Store the url in session and redirect back to that url on whatever event you want to use.

Depends on the page, but you should be able to use the HttpRequest.UrlReferrer Property[^] - it only gives you info if the user clicked a link.
