i m developer..

so can i make inventory managment system complete module with sales purchase inward outward as web applicaion using C# with sql server 2008 or it is must to make desktop or windows application???please give me suggestion..... thanks

You can go for both, Web or Desktop app, its totally depends on you interest or knowledge for web and desktop controls and based on client requirement. Instead of asking to us, you can better decide what tool you need to use for your app.

It's up to client requirements, i suggest you create a web application it's easy to handle, secondly you will create it with MVC and JQuery because it makes it fast.
