hello!
i am working on a project with php and javascript . i have a problem with obtaining selected value of the drop down menu .i want to post the value to a page and compare with a known variable

i need help . i am quite stack .

Without making your question clearer it is very hard to decypher what you want.

Are you having a problem with a <select> box? Or is it a custom Drop Down Menu?

Posting relevant source code will also help.
