I'm looking for a tool to generate a sliding java script menu (preferably freeware) , which looks like outlook menus to be used in asp.net application

There are lots of jquery ones. Maybe just search google for one you like.

And the issue is? Did you try anything? Free jQuery plugins are there to create menu, check explore and see what can be used by you.
