One way is, add database file in Application folder when you creating exe. and build setup application, it will generate an exe with database. When you install this, database will create in application root folder.

I create setup using installshield & then upload the MySql SQL Backup file Manually.

as per your Question, i think you do not have any problem in creating .exe file instead you cannot add the SQL Server database file in the setup & import in the user's SQL server.

You can add any types of files with installshield, they will be copied to the installation folder.
