Read a .TXT File imported as resource in VB.net Windows Phone 7

I have imported a txt file and set it as resource in my VB.net Windows Phone App project. My problem is that I cannot find it through the code, it is like its nowhere.

I tried URI method and isolatedstorage but everytime, my If fileexists condition is true and my code ends there.

I don't know if there is a particular path to look for in my project to find this file which is at the root of my project.
