If you are waiting for permission, then consider it given.
Otherwise, we need to know what help you need.
What have you done?
Where are you stuck?

This project is too much for a fresher. It needs a team of dozen people to create such a project and functional experts to guide the development team....

If this is a homework task, and you aren't going to involve any real money, then look for an RSS feed from your chosen countries markets: you may have to pay for them depending on the source, or you could do a website scrape on a commodities trading page.

If this is for work, then you should go to your boss, admit you got the job under false pretences and beg for forgiveness. This is not a real-world project for beginners. The money is real, the risks are real, and it would be far, far too easy to make a mistake and lose your company an absolute fortune!
