Farm back up is showing inprogress but 0% in progress.

Hello guys, Thanks for the good work you guys have been doing on codeproject

I woke up this morning to discover that my sql diskspace is filled up and the size of the backup is bigger than the size of the destination drive disk space so I created another disk and point it through it the destination disk so that sharepoint full back up can see it then the backup started but the problem is Farm backup is showing inprogress but its 0% completed since 2 days. please what do I do? I don't want to lose my data. thank you in advance.
