Is there any gui based client for oracle?

I want to as for SQL server there is management studio(GUI based tool) to view the result of queries.
I the same available for Oracle.
If so can you please give me link as i have to run it on
Window 7 64 bit.
I have installed oracle 11g express edition for oracle.
