He will not be notified unless you reply to his comment. You replied to OP's question as a comment so the OP will be notified not SA.

I answered. This is a serious problem, "requirements" and the attitude. Please take a look at my answer below, too.

Ahamed,

I understand your concern, and want you to understand things, too.

I really almost never answers questions based on just "requirements". If the "requirements" seems questionable to me, they should be justified. Requirement mistakes are very usual; and meeting such requirements make harm and can even be a crime. I don't have a moral right to trust requirements. I ask for some justification and will not advise doing something which I think is wrong. This is my choice, and I will stand for it.

In real life, at work, this is the same. What happens if the "leader" gives some mistaken requirements? If a worker meets them and makes some harm, this person will be the first to blame. If the "leader" is a reasonable person, she/he will take part of responsibility, but will still blame the developer, because a developer is really expected to give a feedback and warn the "leader" that the requirements were incorrect. In healthy team, a developer is required to stop the process and bring the issues to the table openly.

This is one of the most difficult skills of engineers, not to meet bad requirements in a blind-folded way, because it's a source of potential conflicts. But conflicts are the part of out work; they should be resolved, not hidden.

Anyone hiding problems and trying to meet "requirements" in a blind-folded way, or simply meeting them without good understanding, is not a qualified developers. Actually, such trend is extremely harmful.

And of course, nothing can make me answering a question if it is not properly motivated.

Thank you,
—SA

1 solution

I think the best way is to use a word viewer to convert word to image if you do not want to use any Office interop. Here I suggest you an article, there are two solutions, the first solution needs Office interop, but the second is realized by a word viewer, it enables you to convert any word page as image of different formats.May it can help you.
