When i select the course code in the combo box,
In the run mode the REO course duration 5, 5 row will appear in datagridview.


In datagridview as follows;

When i select the radibutton1,in the datagridview Session 1 and session 2 checkbox will be checked true.

Wheni select the radibutton2,in the datagridview Session 3 and session 4 checkbox will be checked true.

in the radio button changed

If there is some sort of a question in your narrative or a description of some sort of a problem, I sure cannot find it. The code you present is C# so I do not know why you ask how you can do in C#. Additionally, all of your question appear to be almost exactly the same thing which seem to all revolved around how to check the state of radio buttons.... But I can't figure out what it is that you are asking so I can't be sure exactly what sort of help you actually need.
