compatibility of codes

hello there,
I m developing a website using asp .net 3.5 framework and language using there is c# .My default browser is firefox when i m running that website on google chrome the controls like buttons and text box are overlap on another,so is it possible to make the codes browser compatible that can run on any browser,
pls send me solutions if any

you can check ur css and test on IE.....................if in IE it's good............then in every browser it will good........................many time i also face this type of problem...
