Previously i know visual basic. I have done lot of projects in vb. Now only i studied .net. I want to convert all my vb projects into vb.net and c#.net languages. Kindly help me ...

There is no easy way to do this. Visual Studio will attempt a conversion, but it will never work 100%. VB.NET represents Microsoft trying to break away from the bad design and overall mess of VB6, although pressure from MVPs meant they didn't break as cleanly as they hoped, any attempt to convert VB6 code, is going to involve a lot of converting by hand and rewriting.'

It is worth mentioning that VB6 has been obsolete for almost a decade. You're a little late to the party, and I expect there's a lot less resources for what you're wanting than there was when VB6 was still supported.
