link my tables with Membership tables

i have student table , doctor table , Supervision table .
i want to link all that tables with Membership tables , every one of the student and doctor etc..
have a user account , student will loin by there Student ID not there User Name like other member .
how can i do that , and should i use the stored procedures if i will use any method in the member ship class ?

i want to make a form in my admin panel to insert supervision users , the user name and password etc. in the member ship tables and the name and information in the super vision table , and when login his info will appear to him in his page .
