Dear Team,

Can you please explain how to restrict user from generating data base script ?

Deny permission to user for generating database script.

Rohit Kumar Singh

1 solution

Create a role and just give only view Definition for DB Objects (Table, Procedure ect..) Then they can't able to generate Script....
Check the following Links...
Granting View Definition Permission to a User or Role in SQL Server[^]
Grant permissions to view stored procedure text [^]
