May be this is a silly one but i don't really know the solution.
My site when accessed using IE9 browser gives javascript pop up due to syntax error, now i don't really know the solution as the syntax error is with some script tag which is dynamically generated.
Could any one please help.

Dynamically generated by whom?

Technically not a valid question. You need to describe which error exactly, where it comes, and provide a little bit of existing code for us to analyze your problem.

Try firefox, open the page and then open the debug console from extra -> web developer. You'll see the script tags are placed in paragraph elements. Pasted the code below.

<p><script type="text/javascript"></p>
<p>  var _gaq = _gaq || [];
  _gaq.push(['_setAccount', 'UA-38777756-1']);
<p>  (function() {
    var ga = document.createElement('script'); ga.type = 'text/javascript'; ga.async = true;
    ga.src = ('https:' == document.location.protocol ? 'https://ssl' : 'http://www') + '';
    var s = document.getElementsByTagName('script')[0]; s.parentNode.insertBefore(ga, s);

Good luck!

But this piece of javascript is in the page source directly from the server and not added dynamically client-side. It looks like this javascript was added as content.
