Hi, I now have an application running on the IIS of my local machine,Now i want to run this web application from many other pc's using my own pc as the server pls help.

This situation is no different from the situation when you host your Web site anywhere on Internet. You will need to serve up each of your sites on separate machine with some HTTP server, IIS or not.

Perhaps, the only difference is in the DNS and firewalls.

So, where these sites or services should be located? Are they to be served to Internet public? How do you need to host them? Why are you asking about local machine in connection to this?
I don't understand how are you going to serve anything on a regular basis from such unreliable device as your local machine, which may or may not be on, etc., why?
