2. You want to add a new column on a click of a button? If so, just add that to source and refresh grid. Whats the issue?

gvOfcBlowingReport.Columns.Insert(startPoint, dentry); this line works ok for couple of time.

but gvOfcBlowingReport.Columns.RemoveAt(startPoint - 3); this line does not work at all.
