IIS issues: Trying to launch Web application

Hi guys,

I am trying to launch my web application. it is asking me to configure IIS. I tried to type inetmgr in run window not able to see that option moreover, There is IIS manager under Administrative Tools. I am really new to this. Could anyone explain how this work?
