Hi,
I have a wpf application. Is it possible to refresh the wpf application forms based on current system screen resolution with out refreshing the application. Please help me.

What is "refreshing the application"? There is not such thing. Nevertheless, the problem itself is solvable. Did you try to find the solution yourself by using Web search? It would be much faster.
