i was in your problem a few month ago. but i found out that choosing .NET is not good idea at all. its easy to develop web projects in .NET but in publishing and response time technologies like PHP are much better. and also php is mostly in use. now after months working with .net i have started working with php. i prefer it to .net
How can you give advice on something you apparently have no clue about. I voted 1, not for advice but for failure to follow a simply logic. You claim something as bad just because you personally failed to succeed it. Not very reasonable, don't you think so?

We can't really answer that for you - there are just too many factors involved, and it isn't a question - it's the start of a discussion.

As such, I would suggest that you raise it here:[^] where at least you will be talking to people in your own country who will have a better idea of local conditions!
