For my university project i'm going to develop a system to translate English text into 3D animation to display sign language . so i was created some 3D character animation using Blender and export them into FBX file format. So now i want to know how to load this character animation using XNA game programming technology(or any other programming technique) once user input set of text look like this video :

This is a challenging project. I have no answer for you, but I wish you luck in your endeavours. This seems like it has some relevancy to the real world application.
