Using GoogleAPI how i should return the comman separated Postcodes within 5 miles and one postcode

Hello all,

My requirement is when user entering the address ,postcode i want to check whether this postcode is correct or not, if this postcode is
correct i want to generate the Latitude and Longitude from postcode(UK Postcode). How i will get the UK Postcodes .
Like i provide the Post code 92101 and radiud 5 miles then google api should return me the comma seprated Postcodes within 5 miles of 92101.

I want to output like this: 91951,92101,92102,92103,92104,92106,92108,92110,92112,92113

Please tell me any one.
