i have server error / application

Though you have not shared the actual error, but based on what you have shared (why the assembly 'AjaxControlToolkit' could not be loaded), it looks like AjaxControlToolkit.dll is missing on the server. You need to make sure that the referenced assembly is present on the system and you refer it.

Place the expected version of the dll in the bin folder of your application or in system GAC.

hello sir i had added ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll on server, then also it's showing error..yes referenced assembly is present on system also

As per error it is missing from expected location. Also make sure that the version referenced and version you are providing are same.
